Old Man Gloom will enter the studio next week to begin tracking a new record. As expected, Stephen Brodsky (Cave In, Mutoid Man) will replace late bassist/vocalist Caleb Scofield.
Drummer Santos Montano had the following to say about the upcoming proceedings:
In one week we commence the new gloom recordings. So there will be all kinds of social media excitement then. That's something, right? Ya'll have something exciting to look forward to! I guarantee there will be:
Pictures of Aaron being weird
Pictures of Steve being weird
Pictures of Santos being hilarious and handsome
Pictures of gear
Pictures of food
Pictures of...um....more gear.
Please share a wish list of things you'd like from us during recording in a social media capacity. I'll accommodate.
