Zombie Apocalypse debut first new song in 15 years

New York/New Jersey crossover veterans Zombie Apocalypse have unveiled their first new song in 15 years today. The track, titled "Bullshit Destroyer," will appear on the band's upcoming EP, Life Without Pain is a Fucking Fantasy, set for release on August 9 through Innerstrength Records. You can listen to the song now via Metal Injection. "We chose 'Bullshit Destroyer' to kick off Life Without Pain Is A Fucking Fantasy because it captures the overall feel of the record: energetic, fast, heavy, pissed - and blending cues from multiple heavy genres. 'Bullshit Destroyer' rages against propagandists, alternative facts, and plausible deniability. It's a counter-attack on people who stand in front of microphones and distort and/or avoid truth for a living." - Eric Dellon and Ronan Kauffman Zombie Apocalypse was formed in 2000 by Matt Fox and Matthew Fletcher (Shai Hulud) and Ronen Kauffman (try.fail.try), with Eric Dellon (Shallow Water Grave) joining soon after. Releasing two EPs in 2003 and 2005, it's been nearly 15 years since the world has heard anything new from the band. The group's new ten-song EP was recorded by John Naclerio at Nada Recording (My Chemical Romance, Bayside, Senses Fail) in Montgomery, NY.
