Killswitch Engage finishing up new album

The new Killswitch Engage album, entitled "The End of Heartache," is currently being mixed in the U.K. by Andy Sneap (Machine Head, Arch Enemy). As was the case with the group's previous releases, the album was produced by band guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz while bassist Mike D'Antonio handled the album's cover artwork. According to Roadrunner Records, with whom the record will be released on May 11th, "The End of Heartache delivers more of the hyper-kinetic metal riffage found on Alive or Just Breathing, with even more feral drumbeats and unbinding vocals." The album also marks the full-length debut of vocalist Howard Jones and new drummer, Justin Foley. Some tentative song titles for the record are: "Bid Farewell", "World Ablaze", "When Darkness Falls", "Rose of Sharyn", "Declaration", "Take This Oath", "The End Of Heartache" and "Break the Bonds". Meanwhile, look for the group on tour in support of the album beginning in May.
