Fit For A King guitarist stepping down from band

"These three gentlemen mean more too me than they'll ever know. I regret not telling them how important they were to me and how much I needed them in my life when we were on the road together. So, this post is for them. A million thanks for all the hard work, amazing days and nights, long talks during drives and everything in between. This band is built with strong, talented, intelligent musicians. With more drive and charisma than most acts out there. Fit For A King will live forever. "At the end of 2017 I decided to make a massive shift in my life and start a business in Fort Worth with my wife, Emily. I could go into all the details as to why I was willing to sacrifice this incredible career, but let's just keep it simple - I was not designed to be away from my wife and children for half, if not the majority of the year. So we bought an airstream, renovated it and now we have a plant shop located in the heart of Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. "I've been putting this announcement off because every time I would think about making a statement I would feel sick and need to come back to it at a later date. (I'm two tours late). So I apologize to you three for keeping our fans in the dark, forcing y'all to answer the awkward questions. I should've been transparent about this from the beginning. "I'm thankful that y'all are gracious enough to allow me to write and create while you tour the world. (I will be involved in the writing process as long as they'll have me and will still be going into the studio with the band to write new heavy tunes.) It doesn't feel right to say that I'll never be on stage again, and it doesn't feel right to say that I'll never tour again. So if you feel so inclined, continue to follow along to my journey as I talk about plants, my family, and bust out the occasional riff video.
