Heavens Blade Suicide Silence drummer Alex Lopez, Rob Zombie bassist Piggy D., Youth Code singer Sara Taylor, and former Marilyn Manson bassist Fred Sablan have launched a "shit-kicker punk band" called Heavens Blade. Dumb. I hope you read this and realize that white people are not our allies.

"Been working on this for a minute" That's probably as long as it took.

OK... are we all naming our aspiring edgy bands after Coil songs now?

Dozens of Youth Code fans will no longer think Youth Code is cool. The other fans will act like the respect and dig this to appear easy-going and open minded

Is this the guy from Yourh Code who beat up his ex gf and she had to get a restraining order on him? Bands keep getting better

Oh it's just the girl who dates the abuser. What a joke of a female involved in music.

Wow I guess ryan got tired of being cheated on by this nu metal monster

people who jump on comment threads to bash someone over allegations are bottom of the barrel scum and once the trend is over, they'll all have to slither back under whatever rotting log they came from.

"Is this the guy from Yourh Code who beat up his ex gf and she had to get a restraining order on him? Bands keep getting better" I think you might be mixing up Youth Code with Youth of Today, and then are mixing up Youth of Today with Today is the Today because that's 100% what happened with that band. "Hardcore" bands need a new set of words to make names out of

"anonymous3 hours ago aside from her obviously sick voice, homegirl bout fine as shit." She's a WOULD/10 but probably impossible to talk to without having to hear about veganism, feminism, sexism, whateverism

shit kicking punk rock? nope. that would be more like Joe Buck or the actual band, The Shitkickers - from Campbell, CA. This is nu-metal, pop-punk

anonymous 9/27/2018 3:12:17 PM

Look up Campbell ny. Hard ass place.

anonymous 9/27/2018 7:30:15 PM

"Hardcore" bands need a new set of words to make names out of --- that was a bit of a stretch & I think you mean today is the day. Also, I have no idea what you're talking about

fourthgradecocktease 9/28/2018 3:40:41 PM

100%

Alex is straight up a huge gayg.o.t. Dude couldn't blast beat to save his life.

anonymous 9/29/2018 6:50:42 PM

Would be cooler if it weren't billed as a supergroup of sorts. Like, it's sloppy punk played sloppily. Saying it's members of very established successful bands makes it painfully obvious how hard they all lean on slick production and editing on their other endeavors bc this is not played very well (but it works for what it is).

dudes, Kyuss wants their album art back.
