Official press release: Nuclear Blast Records is pleased to announce the worldwide signing of rock and heavy metal icon and unique filmmaker, Rob Zombie. A follow up to his 2016 studio album, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser and 2018's Astro-Creep: 2000 Live is expected for a 2019 release. More details to be announced shortly. Comments Rob Zombie: "I am very excited to work with the fine folks at Nuclear Blast. The combination of the label's grassroots urge to get the hustle done mixed with the detonation of our most combustable melodic masterpiece yet should prove to be a winning hybrid of hellacious hullabaloo." Adds a representative from Nuclear Blast: "As fans ourselves at Nuclear Blast we have long admired the artistry of Rob Zombie throughout his extensive and successful career in both music and film. It is a very exciting opportunity to unite Rob's visionary talent with Nuclear Blast ingenuity. Nuclear Blast has a long history of thinking outside of the box and creating personal and collectible experiences for the fans. We look forward to delivering unforgettable experiences to fans around the world for years to come with the legendary Rob Zombie." Rob Zombie has continuously challenged audiences as he stretches the boundaries of both music and film. He has sold more than twenty three million albums worldwide, and is the only artist to experience unprecedented success in both music and film as the writer/director of seven feature films with a worldwide gross totaling more than $150 million.

Seems strange to think that in this day and age Zombie needs a record label. I would think he could do this shit on his own with the reach he has.

Reba from Code Orange here, I approve of this. Rob Zombie is a big influence in our band and we think it is pretty cool that this is happening.

Ben Weinman here, formerly of DEP and current guitar player of Suicidal Tendencies. I will fill in where needed.

Rob Zombie came in my ass, and there was so much that it came out of my mouth and dribbled down between my breasts.

Nuclear Blast here, we just want our Lambgoaters to know that us signing famed Rob Zombie of White Zombie fame means we will have an artist that has made over 150 million dollars on his own. 150,000,000. -Aids. AKA Deathcore Jon

I play guitar in a Chicago hardcore band. If I ever see you at one of my shows, I will make sure you get kicked out and if the venue won't do it, I'll happily escort you out.

Hopefully they will use the money this poser makes to sign some decent unknown bands who actually have talent. They'll probably lose money on this deal. It's for profile not profit.

Kids who popped mad boners at White Zombie's bassist in the 90s are reminiscing right now.
