Deafheaven recording new album

San Francisco, California post-metal/black metal outfit Deafheaven has begun recording their fourth full-length album and follow-up to 2015's New Bermuda. Tracking commenced yesterday at 25th Street Recording in Oakland with producer and engineer Jack Shirley, who has worked on every Deafheaven album to date. A summer release via Epitaph Records sister label Anti- is expected.
