Derek Roddy (ex-Hate Eternal) joins Fire For Effect

New York City death metal band Fire For Effect, featuring former members of Malevolent Creation, has added drummer Derek Roddy to its roster. Roddy replaces Mike Smith (ex-Suffocation). Over the past two decades, Roddy has played and/or recorded with a slew of bands, including Hate Eternal, Malevolent Creation, Nile, and Today Is The Day.
