All four members of Polish extreme metal band
Decapitated have been released from a Washington jail as they await trial on charges of rape.
According to
The Spokesman-Review, Decapitated's Waclaw Kieltyka was released on Monday, while Michal Lysejko, Rafal Piotrowski, and Hubert Wiecek were all released in late November. Although bail had originally been set at $100,000, they did not have to post bond and were released on their own recognizance. They've been ordered to remain in Washington and have turned in their passports.
All four have been jailed since September, when they were
arrested for detaining and allegedly
raping a woman following an August 31 concert in Spokane.
Trial is set to commence on January 16.
