Soilent Green news and notes

New Orleans' Soilent Green are currently concentrating on writing new material for their fourth full-length. The group tentatively hopes to enter the studio in early 2004, though studio/producer specifics haven't yet been finalized. Regardless, look for the album to hit stores in Spring 2004 via Relapse Records, followed by some extensive touring. In the interim, the band will be playing a few regional weekend shows. In related news, the band's newest recorded track, which has only been available on their recent split 7" with Eyehategod, will also be available on Relapse's upcoming "Contaminated VI" compilation, due out in January 2004.
