
Fledgling band
Future Usses is currently finishing up work on their debut album, with mixing set to take place by
Kurt Ballou next month.
The Southern California band features
Sacha Dunable (Intronaut),
Derek Donley (ex-Bereft), and
Dan Wilburn (ex-Mouth Of The Architect) and Dunable says that he's been sporadically writing material for the record over the past three years. Dunable calls the album "an hour's worth of self-indulgent effect pedal worship, dense melancholic harmony, and punishing slowness."
