"I can't even picture the accident that would cause this?" I'd put money on it being a rollover. Some of his head injuries could've been prevented by wearing a helmet. Hope he continues to improve and this be a lesson for people that don't think they need to wear protective gear when doing activities like 4wheeling.

Had a friend sustains Identical injuries a few years ago. He was riding an arc drunk at night and fell.into a canal that was about a 30 foot drop. Crushed his face in. Lost one eye and they basically had to rebuild his face .
