Of Mice & Men singer returns home after month in hospital

After nearly four weeks in the hospital, Of Mice & Men vocalist Austin Carlile was discharged yesterday. He'd been hospitalized since mid-October, when the band dropped off their European tour as a result of Carlile's discomfort due to the effects of Marfan syndrome. After undergoing multiple procedures, including surgery to repair tears in his spine, Carlile was scheduled to exit the hospital yesterday afternoon.
