Dissociation, the new (and reportedly final) album from The Dillinger Escape Plan, sold roughly 13,000 copies in its first week of release in the United States, good enough to debut at No. 31 on the Billboard 200 chart. This is the band's second best chart and sales debut to date.

DEP's previous album, One Of Us Is The Killer (2013), debuted at No. 25 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 14,800. Meanwhile, Option Paralysis, released in 2010, sold 7,100 in its first week and bowed at No. 78 on the same chart. Going back further, the band's 2007 album, Ire Works, debuted at No. 142 on the Billboard 200 after selling around 6,900 copies in its first week.
