Michigan post-hardcore band I Prevail lost their tour bus, a significant amount of personal belongings, and some equipment to a fire this morning while en route to Fresno, California. Guitarist Dylan Bowman had the following to say:

You dummies know bands rent busses from bus company's right? 450-550 per day for the bus, driver gets 250 per day up to 450 miles the overdives are paid to the driver another 250 up to 600 miles and another 250 for over 600. Cost of fuel,inside maintenance materials(to, toilet cleaner paper towels), generated service, laundry/linens service all adds up to a little more than 1000 bucks a day for the cheaper busses. That is the standard dumb dumbs
