Italian hardcore band Hierophant have revealed details regarding the recording process for their forthcoming album. The group is scheduled to enter The Pit Recording Studio with Taylor Young (Nails, Xibalba) on May 12 and will be tracking the new album the following week. Hierophant comments: "After an intense and stressful period, all tracks are finally ready to be recorded. We're very proud of what we've done and all the choices taken about this record. We decided to go to Los Angeles at The Pit Recording Studio and produce the album with Taylor Young! We believe he is the right person with the best approach to work on this record in the best way. Get ready for a wave of pure, uncompromising hatred and 100% intolerance. Stay tuned bastards." Taylor Young adds, "I was lucky enough to mix Hierophant's previous album, 'Peste', and I couldn't be more excited to be able to take it to the next level and help them create a monstrous album. This will be one of the heaviest and most aggressive productions I have created thus far." In related news, you can catch Hierophant on the road in North America later this spring.
