As you likely know, Massachusetts hardcore veterans Bane will be disbanding later this year. As such, band friend, fan, and film professional Dan Elswick is creating a Bane documentary. Elswick sums up the endeavor in this fashion:

"All great things must come to an end. But that reality is easier to deal with when you have some of those amazing times documented. My passion project is a documentary for my favorite band, Bane. I want to focus on the history of the band, the final tour, and the very last show. My goal is not only to create something that myself, the many fans, and the band will have to cherish, but to make a film that can excite and inspire everyone by exposing them to the passion, rawness, and hope that is Bane."

To fund the documentary, Elswick has launched a Gofundme crowdfunding campaign through which he seeks $15,000. Bane had this to say about his efforts:

"Our good friend Dan will be filming a big portion of the upcoming tour to create a documentary about the history of BANE, our final tour, and our very last show... There has been a Gofundme that he has created to help him offset costs. We want to be clear that if you do not wish to donate financially, we would love you to spread the word about the creation of the documentary so as many people as possible can be involved in helping us say goodbye."
