is +44 playing?

Yup probably is the average age of all these musicians and they are all still doing it. And still killing it harder than most of these young bands out today who aren't even good enough to copy what these bands have been doing for years. Also if you saw that lineup in 99 then how old does that make you now? You gotta be in your mid 30's. Is that to old for hardcore also? To old to go to shows? Go tell Vinnie Stigma he's to old for hardcore and see what he tells you

The Promoter posted in here. Take a shot which post it was. He also thinks this line up will draw more than 300 people.

Can't wait till 88 Fest gets here. Gotta get my hate on!

such a weird fcking lineup/somebody is going to lose alot of money. it's like whoever is putting it on sought out only non relevant bands.

anonymous 2/25/2016 9:53:13 AM

I am not in my late 40's either dickhead. Im 36. And if you don't respect Vinnie Stigma still killing it at 60+ years old and Agnostic Front going strong for almost 35 years touring their ass off and consistently putting out good albums every few years then maybe your just a "Millennial" d-bag who doesn't know anything about hard work. Boo-Hoo

Also unsure as how you feel that Wisdom in Chains, Sick Of It All, VOD, Walls of Jericho are irrelevant? Can a band only have been around for 2 years tops to consider them relevant? What did those relevant bands listen to that inspired them to play? Must be that if it was anything older than the first Turnstile record its irrelevant. I get it

anonymous 2/25/2016 10:14:47 AM

Also im not the promoter. Just have a lot of dislike for all of you that seem to have no repect for great bands that have been doing it for years and are just as good or better now than they were when they started years back. You people are just to stupid to realize it and just wanna talk shit about them. Yeah there are great new bands doing big things now also but the fact that you have no respect for the ones before them is disgusting and is whats wrong with the HARDCORE community today

AARP members doing hardcore is just a bad look. 30 is max age limit. Then it's time to stop trying to be and look like a kid and do something real.. such as building car washes, designing plumbing, teaching math at the community college etc. There are several posters late 40's early 50's in here can you guess which ones.

^^ cry baby bitch

SOIA still have a legacy. But in this day and age, they're a hard luck bar kinda band. The notion of stacking a bill with sorta random bands that really don't have a connection together definitely worked in the past, but this is one of the most laughable "fest" lineups I've ever seen. It's called 44 fest b/c that's gonna be the median age there.

I'm 30 and think this lineup rules. fck the haters!
