According to U.S. News & World Report, a lawsuit by Lamb Of God vocalist Randy Blythe seeking compensation for the trial he faced in the Czech Republic has been rejected by a Prague court.
In 2013 Blythe was acquitted in the 2010 death of a 19-year-old fan at a Lamb Of God concert in the Czech Republic. Blythe has been accused of pushing the man off the stage.
Michal Sykora, a Czech lawyer for Blythe, says that on Wednesday the court dismissed Blythe's request for $640,800 (15.555 million koruna) from the Justice Ministry.
Sykora added that his client can appeal the ruling.
