From Autumn To Ashes singer arrested for drugs

From Autumn To Ashes singer Francis 'Fran' Mark Last week recently reunited band From Autumn To Ashes abruptly dropped off the second half of their North American tour with Hawthorne Heights, Sleepwave, and Extinction AD. FATA blamed the move on "a personal emergency beyond our control." Apparently, the real reason for the cancellations is a criminal charge against singer (and former drummer) Francis Mark. On June 29, Mark, age 32, was allegedly sentenced in Michigan for a September 2014 offense of "maintaining a drug house." While he was not sent to prison, Mark appears to have received a year of probation. As such, travel restrictions likely apply, leaving Mark unable to continue touring for the foreseeable future. We have no further information at the moment.
