San Diego, California ABC affiliate KGTV reports that a sex act was performed during a January 15 show featuring seminal hardcore/punk band Dead Kennedys.
According to KGTV, the incident, featuring a man and a woman, took place on stage during the band's concert at Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach. Describing photos they obtained, KGTV says "the woman is fully exposed and lying down on the stage."
The station contacted the local sheriff's department to determine if the couple could face charges. The sheriff's department intimated that misdemeanor charges could apply if complaints were received, however, thus far no complaints have been made.
Meanwhile, management at Belly Up Tavern released the following to KGTV:
