Exodus parts ways with frontman Rob Dukes

According to Blabbermouth, San Francisco Bay Area thrash legends Exodus have parted ways with vocalist Rob Dukes. Details have yet to be revealed, but an official statement is "expected very soon." Dukes has been singing for Exodus since 2005. UPDATE: Exodus guitarist Gary Holt has subsequently revealed that former vocalist Steve Souza has now rejoined the band. Here's what Holt had to say:
"As a band, we all had to make a very difficult choice to part ways with Rob Dukes. We have nothing but love and admiration for him and the deepest gratitude for the hard work he has put in and the great work on some killer records. But at this time, Tom [Hunting, drums], Lee [Altus, guitar], Jack [Gibson, bass] and myself thought a change was necessary and the unanimous choice going forward was to welcome back Steve Souza to the fold!"

Slayer also had an announcement today: "We've had a great time without Jeff Hanneman, but are excited to announce we've resurrected his corpse and he's living it up, rejoining SLAYER immediately."

When I was like 13 years old there was a tornado warning in minnesota and my dad and i were driving and we saw a gigantic funnel cloud out in the field. my dad swerved the car into a ditch and jumped out of the car and ran the other way leaving me all by myself in the car. i started up the car and drove as fast as i could on the highway at 13 years old trying to out run the tornado, i did. and i am stronger today because of it.

I've never listened to (nor care to) Exodus, however I listened to Dukes on Doug Stanhopes podcast and he sounded like a rad guy. I hope things work out for him.
