Self Defense Family reveals ambitious plans for LP

Self Defense Family has announced that they will record a new LP this summer. Interestingly, the album will be recorded at four different studios over the course of four days. The band will record two songs at each studio, with engineering to be handled by Kurt Ballou, Will Killingsworth, Mark Miller, and Jon Low. According to the band, "We're going to four studios, using the studio gear and submitting ourselves fully to the engineer at each studio." Tracking will take place in mid-July as Self Defense Family prepares to perform at Deathwish Fest in Cambridge, MA.
