In Flames recording new album

Gothenburg, Sweden metallers In Flames have entered a German studio to begin formally tracking their next album. Recording is taking place at Hansa Studios in Berlin, with tracking expected to "continue throughout the year." A spring 2014 release via Century Media Records is expected. Among those who have recorded at Hansa are David Bowie, U2, and Depeche Mode. In Flames vocalist Anders Fridén says, "When I visited Hansa Studios earlier this year I got goose bumps. There is so much history both inside and surrounding the studio and I want to be a part of that. Magic has been created here and hopefully that will affect us."
