UPDATE: Lambesis bound over for trial
In case you've forgotten since our last update, As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis is due in court today for a preliminary hearing. He is of course accused of attempting to arrange the murder of his estranged wife.
Lambesis is scheduled to appear before Superior Court Judge Aaron Katz at the North County Branch in Vista, CA later today. Katz will determine if there is enough evidence to require a trial.
