Eulogy Recordings signs Very Americans
Official press release: Very Americans is an indie rock band from Pennsylvania that consists of ex-members of Junction (Art Monk Construction), The Commercials (Blackout Records) and Safari So Good (Takeover Records). The members' previous bands all have a history of releasing records on prominent labels, touring nationally and internationally and have shared the stage with many influential bands in the hardcore and punk communities. Some of these bands include Fugazi, At The Drive In, Saves The Day and Boy Sets Fire. The "Back From The Dead 7 inch" was the band's first release. This was released digitally and on limited edition, hand numbered white vinyl on Ship Out Recordings. The release received many positive reviews and the band quickly headed back to the studio to record a follow up EP. The band recorded their new EP "Stereo Types" with well known producer and singer of Jawbox and Burning Airlines, J. Robbins. The band has now signed with Eulogy Recordings to release the new EP.
