As I Lay Dying's Tim Lambesis in court this week
As I Lay Dying frontman Timothy Lambesis, accused of hiring a hitman to kill his estranged wife, will be in a California court this week for a motion hearing. Lambesis, who is still free on the $2 million bond posted in May, is scheduled to appear before Judge Kimberlee Lagotta at 1:30 pm on Friday, August 2nd at the North County Branch of the Superior Court of California in Vista, CA. The hearing is officially labeled an "other motion hearing," which essentially suggests that Lambesis's attorney has requested the court to take action on a particular matter. According to the San Diego Reader, the attorney for Lambesis is expected to "request return of certain items seized by law enforcement during their investigation." It's unclear what those items are. As always, we'll keep you posted.
