jesus I just realized I've been listening to Funearth for almost 15 years, I feel old hahaha. congrats for them.
Wasn't this announced a month or two ago? Still good news again
still a fun band. there will be breakdowns
"no experimental adventurousness" didn't know that was something to celebrate. how dull and how fitting.
stoked to hear their new music. They are one of the metal bands I have been listening to for the longest time. come to LA!!!
Yes. Because when I think Slayer, Cannibal Corpse, Testament and Anthrax I think Unearth
love this band. one of the first metalcore bands i got into.
Bands can grow, change, and still remain relevant. Or they can put out the same metalcore record for another 30 years... gays
why after being around for 15yrs do they still have to include the "has shared the stage with..." name dropping routine?
LoydChristmas 1 hour ago why after being around for 15yrs do they still have to include the "has shared the stage with..." name dropping routine? My thoughts exactly.
that is just what record label press releases do dude do you think unearth wrote that whole thing themselves and the label had zero input on it?
"do you think unearth wrote that whole thing themselves and the label had zero input on it?" Do you think bands and their management don't approve them or suggest changes before they go out?
Notice how they say "with an average age less than the old guys" or whatever. So washed up. Also, blue-collar workmanship? fck you
i understand some intern probly wrote the press release. But if they've been around for 15yrs and played Download, Wacken, Loud Park, Graspop, Hellfest, etc...i doubt this press release will be read by anyone who doesn't already know who they are. Not like this press release is going in Cosmo or something.
Probably worth mentioning how they hustle, screw over, and take money from the Ironclad bands. Another fund they have coming in.
What I'm most worried about is the whereabouts of Mitt Romney these days. fck Unearth
the whole press release is funny if you read closely, but this: Like Slayer, Cannibal Corpse, Testament and Anthrax before them, Unearth emerged as part of a burgeoning revolution in heavy music but continued to maintain their relevance and mastery of their craft. BAHAHA!
