Jailed since May 7th for attempting to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife, As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis has apparently made bail (which had last been set at $2 million) and was released from a San Diego, California jail earlier this evening.
In a previous hearing, a judge stated that once free Lambesis would have to wear a GPS device and must stay away from his wife and children.
His next court date is currently slated for June 10th.
