Scar Culture loses members, drops off tour

Wednesday, December 18, 2002 9:42 PM PT

Scar Culture has returned home prematurely from their current tour with Origin, All That Remains and Crematorium due to the departure of vocalist Pheroze Karai and touring drummer Alpheus Underhill. No official reason for their exodus has been announced. Remaining members, John Conley (guitar) and Frank Cannino (bass) will immediately begin writing material for the band's next album, which should see a late-2003 release. Although original drummer Duke Borisov will return for the writing and recording process, Scar Culture is now looking for a new vocalist and drummer (mostly for touring). Interested parties living in the New York City area should send an email here for more information.
