Testament, Overkill, Flotsam and Jetsam tour

Monday, November 26, 2012 7:28 AM PT / 5,180 views
Testament will headline a U.S. tour in early-2013 with support from Overkill, Flotsam and Jetsam, and 4Arm. "It's a thrill to announce our upcoming dates with Overkill and Flotsam and Jetsam," says guitarist Alex Skolnick. "It's a tour that brings together three different metal bands from three different regions: West Coast, East Coast and Southwest. All three bands sound very different from one another yet are highly compatible. All have been around the block (and the world) a few times and all have managed to keep a sound that feels current. This tour will be a 'must see' for fans who remember the early days of thrash/speed metal as well as those whose age is younger than the genre itself." 1/30 San Francisco, CA @ The Filmore (no Flotsam and Jetsam) 1/31 Anaheim, CA @ House of Blues (no Flotsam and Jetsam) 2/1 Tempe, AZ @ The Marquee (no Flotsam and Jetsam) 2/2 Hollywood, CA @ House of Blues (no Flotsam and Jetsam) 2/4 Albuquerque, NM @ Sunshine Theater (no Flotsam and Jetsam) 2/5 Austin, TX @ Emo's 2/6 Houston, TX @ House of Blues 2/7 Dallas, TX @ House of Blues 2/9 Atlanta, GA @ Masquerade 2/10 Charlotte, NC @ The Filmore 2/12 Silver Spring, MO @ The Filmore 2/13 Philadelphia, PA @ Trocadero 2/14 New York, NY @ Best Buy Theatre 2/15 Huntington, NY @ The Paramount 2/16 Worcester, MA @ The Palladium 2/17 Buffalo, NY @ Town Ballroom 2/18 Toronto, ON @ Phoenix Concert Theatre 2/20 Cincinnati, OH @ Bogart's 2/21 Grand Rapids, MI @ The Intersection 2/22 Milwaukee, WI @ The Rave 2/23 Minneapolis, MN @ First Avenue 2/25 Denver, CO @ The Summit Music Hall 2/26 Salt Lake City, UT @ In The Venue 2/27 Reno, NV @ Knitting Factory 2/28 Sacramento, CA @ Ace Of Spades

Saw all of these bands (minus whoever the fck 4Ass is) in the 90's. Will see this show. Testament is better live than they have ever been. Lambgoat can continue to hate on first and second wave thrash bands while listening to whatever bs comes out on Sumerian third rate scene kid makeup wearing keyboard dance influenced thrash rip off. GOOD JOB! Kill yourself.
