Scar Symmetry to headline North American tour

Official press release: Swedish progressive melodic death metal band Scar Symmetry will return to North America later this year for the "The Unseen Empire Tour." Commented guitarist Per Nilsson: "It is with great joy that we can finally make it official: next month we'll return to North America for our very first North American headlining tour! No more thirty or forty minute sets; this time you will get the full monty - a set-list jampacked with songs from all our albums, and we might even throw in a few surprises! Along with us, we're bringing melodeath super virtuosos Threat Signal, progressive masterminds Stealing Axion and space deathcore aficionados LORD OF WAR. It's gonna be a shredfest!" Support will be provided by Threat Signal, Stealing Axion, and Lord of War. The following shows have been announced thus far, with many more forthcoming: 11/24 Springfield, VA @ Empire 11/25 Trenton, NJ @ Championship Bar 11/26 Montreal, QC @ Foufounes Electriques 11/27 Ottawa, ON @ Maverick's many more TBA
