Official press release: Distort Entertainment is proud to announce the addition of Kitchener, ON, hardcore band Exalt to their expanding roster. Exalt will be touring across Canada this August in support of their debut album 'Breach False Minds', which was released earlier this year. Check out the video for the lead single "Pray for release" off 'Breach False Minds' visit: Formed in 2010, Exalt is made up of Tyler Brand (vocals), Ben Waugh (guitar/vocals), Tim Waugh (drums), Nick Denomme (bass) and John-Paul Denomme (guitar). Since releasing a split EP in 2010 with Hamilton, ON's Counterparts, Exalt has creatively re-invented the rigid form of traditional hardcore music, bringing forth fury and explosive rage mixed with mid-tempo melodies and uplifting lyrics, to create a unique sound that is all their own.
