Embattled Lamb Of God singer Randy Blythe's latest attempt to make bail has reportedly failed once again (for now, at least).
As you may recall, Blythe's initial release was delayed after posting bail because bail was challenged by a Czech prosecutor. Well, after an additional hearing in which Blythe's bail was doubled, Blythe once again posted bail. But unfortunately for him, the prosecutor has apparently once again issued a challenge.
According to TheGauntlet, the prosecutor will have to appear before a judge on Friday, July 27 to argue for bail denial. The judge will then decide if bail should be granted. His decision can take up to 10 days to be published to the court, apparently suggesting that Blythe could be in jail for at least another 10 days. At that point, if the bail protest is overruled, as it was the first time, Blythe will be free to leave the Czech Republic.
