Slaughter Survivors Tour 2012 lineup?

As they had suggested during voting for the opening slot of Summer Slaughter 2012, tour organizers will once again put together a tour featuring several bands that didn't make the cut. And if the following Facebook post advertising a Danbury, CT tour-stop is to be believed, the Slaughter Survivors Tour 2012 will feature Pathology, Enfold Darkness, Fallujah, Fit For An Autopsy, and Aegaeon: Slaughter Survivors Tour 2012 We'll see what happens.

anonymous 4/26/2012 8:51:54 AM

C'mon now, guys, this is 2012 - there are no winners and losers anymore. Everybody gets a ribbon for participating.

This_fucking_guy 4/26/2012 8:58:44 AM

Fallujah> everybody on this tour

anonymous 4/26/2012 8:59:40 AM

anonymous 4/26/2012 9:22:59 AM

Emmure, Refused, and Killswitch Engage should be on this.

anonymous 4/26/2012 9:26:34 AM

@ This_fcking_Guy That is exactly what I was thinking.

sandpaperseatbelts 4/26/2012 10:40:09 AM

Will go for aegaeon and to hate on fallujah fanboys!

anonymous 4/26/2012 11:53:14 AM

"no vildhjarta?" Thank fcking god.

anonymous 4/26/2012 12:27:08 PM

Just another way for more money to be swindled. They use the name Slaughter and all the Summer Slaughter kids will feel compelled to go. Unfortunately the kids that are being duped don't even know it.

anonymous 4/26/2012 12:27:35 PM

Yes this would be awesome if Vildjharta was on it. Band is great and probalby the best new and truly original metal band in awhile.

anonymous 4/26/2012 1:24:42 PM

Seen all these bands except fit for an autopsy. Fallujah is going to kill them all live, no contest.

anonymous 4/26/2012 3:44:28 PM

Enfold Darkness will destroy, fck all the middle eastern sounding bands

anonymous 4/26/2012 5:24:50 PM

i want to hatemosh on all the elitist Fallujah gays who go to this

anonymous 4/26/2012 5:29:51 PM

this line up looks more depressing than scream the prayer

anonymous 4/26/2012 7:19:14 PM

"i want to hatemosh on all the elitist Fallujah gays who go to this" 25 year old guys with 3" plugs who live with mom are stoked.

anonymous 4/26/2012 7:53:25 PM

"Yes this would be awesome if Vildjharta was on it. Band is great and probalby the best new and truly original metal band in awhile." hahahahahahhahahahaa. do you even listen to metal?

TheCapedCopulator 4/26/2012 10:02:31 PM

anonymous9 hours ago Yes this would be awesome if Vildjharta was on it. Band is great and probalby the best new and truly original metal band in awhile. Are you fcking kidding?!

anonymous 4/27/2012 8:04:00 AM

Who has Vildjharta ripped off? I listen to all kinds of metal way more than most of you do I bet because I'm not a close minded tech death black metal or hardcore snob. I hear a Meshuggah influence in Vildjharta but it's still very different from Meshuggah. Cverybody's calls Meshuggah djent, then the only other band I have heard that is djent is Vildjharta. Animals as Leaders, Tesseract, Periphery and such get labeled djent and in the vein of Meshuggah sound absolutely nothing like them.

anonymous 4/27/2012 8:04:19 AM

continued... So who does Vildhjarta sound like besides haveing a vague Meshuggah influence?

anonymous 4/27/2012 8:06:30 AM

i should ask if you people listen to metal. One deathcore band got signed, and then a hundred more did. Tech metal had a following now and now there are a hundred more of them, most of which sound the same.

anonymous 4/27/2012 8:45:50 AM

And because pathology is on victory, they will get to headline even though only a handful of people care about their boring drivel. How this band has done a damn thing is beyond me.

sandpaperseatbelts 4/27/2012 10:53:33 AM

Band is great and probalby the best new and truly original metal band in awhile. Your inability to spell or use grammar correctly is not helping your case. Just because they're so "original" doesn't mean they don't completely suck ass. Having a refined taste in good music doesn't make you an elitist either. My favorite sub genre is deathcore, "probalby" because it's sound is creative and takes skill to perform.

sandpaperseatbelts 4/27/2012 10:57:14 AM

I would take this opportunity to rip on djent "music", but admitting that you like it is a better joke than anything off the top of my head. Thanks for playing c-ckface.

anonymous 4/27/2012 12:24:17 PM

Deathcore is creative and takes skill to play? Hahahahaha. Yeah, no you're totally right, it does. It takes a lot of skill for a guitarist who has been playing for 2 months to down tune his shitty LTD and play brown noise and breaks over blast beats and pig vocals. You're totally right.

sandpaperseatbelts 4/27/2012 3:22:38 PM

Thank you! Finally someone gets it.

anonymous 4/27/2012 5:50:23 PM

Are people really hating on Fallujah? I honestly believe they're one of the best bands right now.

anonymous 4/28/2012 8:25:53 AM

math teachers are stoked for numerical breakdowns.

anonymous 4/29/2012 8:32:10 AM

Children that collect 7' vinyl records and listen to bands that sound the same as bands from 20 years ago are not stoked about this.

ineedsalt 4/29/2012 3:15:09 PM

i think i might go just to yell at the bands "youre number two, youre number two". hopefully i can get a demo tape from them. a demo tape.

anonymous 5/2/2012 12:55:37 PM

^ You THINK you might go to this. THINK is the key word. I'm sure you're busy schedule of being 450lbs and wearing the same loafers for two years will prevent you from leaving your cramped bastufft, wait not, I KNOW it will prevent you. Stop wasting this worlds time.
