Recon set to release new EP
Anybody remember New York hardcore/metal outfit Recon? The group signed with Rise Records in 2007, put out an album, did some touring, and then essentially disappeared. Their vanishing act was mostly due to the fact that guitarist Mike Mulholland had joined Emmure and was obviously busy. Well, the Mulholland and company recently sat down with Alternative Press and explained that they never really broke up, and in fact have been writing material for a new seven-song EP titled Hell, which they will self-release on March 6th. Notably, the group now includes Most Precious Blood frontman Rob Fusco on vocals. Listen to a track from the EP below in addition to a video interview in which the band explains how everything came together for the EP.
