Hot Water Music will enter the studio this week to begin recording a new full-length, their first since 2004. Tracking will take place at The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, CO with Bill Stevenson (of Descendents fame) at the helm. A late-spring release via Rise Records is expected.

it hard to imagine they would even decide to come back. i mean there key demographic is gone and the only people who would pay for them are tweens but we all know they hopped on skrillexs nut.

why...? all their records sound exactly alike.

i can see the Rise Records pulling HWM aside and saying "hey man, you know, we're so stoked to be working with you guys. as a token of our appreciation, here's a mini-Korg. just take it in the studio with you and whatever happens, happens. super duper. thanks."

It's almost like a Rise rite of passage Lloyd.

Hopefully it doesn't completely suck like The New What Next but I'm sure it will. Oh well, at least the rest of their albums kick ass.
