Beloved to record LP w/ Brian McTernan

Now that drummer Joe Musten has returned home from his temporary stint as vocalist for Norma Jean, North Carolina's Beloved will finish writing the last few songs for their new album. They will be heading to Washington DC in late October to record with Brian McTernan (Cave In, Snapcase). The unnamed album is tentatively scheduled for a March 26th release on Solid State Records. Following their studio sessions, the band will most likely be hitting the road with Bloodjinn in December. In related news, the band has found a replacement for recently departed bassist Mitchell Britt, who left the band to attend college. The new guy is Johnny Smrdel, a collective friend of the band's.
