Official press release: Hartford, CT punk rock band Make Do and Mend will release a full-length album on Rise Records in 2012. Make Do and Mend will begin recording their Rise Records debut full-length in February with producer Matt Bayles (Mastodon, Rocky Votolato, Minus The Bear, Botch). Drummer Matthew Carroll says, "So it is true, we have signed with Rise Records. We are so excited to be a part of the hardest working record label in music today. We are going to go into the studio in February and make the best MDAM record to date for you all. Thank you so much for your continued support." Later this month, Make Do and Mend will join mewithoutYou, Screaming Females and Aficionado, as support on Thursday's final live shows. The band will be overseas in April for appearances at the Groezrock and Monsterbash festivals with a full European and UK tour to follow.
