Rise Records signs Dream On Dreamer

Official press release: With the success of so many Australian heavy acts of late, both locally and internationally many have been keeping an eye firmly trained upon up and coming Australian talents. Dream On Dreamer is a name that has been constantly appearing on the radars of music fans and labels around the world. Dream On Dreamer has just returned from the USA where the young Melbourne act worked with upcoming producer Cameron Mizell (Memphis May Fire, I See Stars, Woe Is Me) on their debut album Heartbound. Working out of Mizell's Florida studio, the band have crafted a modern, impressive debut album that will continue to see them rise to the top of the post-hardcore heap. Having already been snapped up early in their career by UNFD's Luke Logemann (The Getaway Plan, The Amity Affliction) for management, we are proud to announce that the forthcoming debut album for Dream On Dreamer has not only signed a recording deal with UNFD, but that Heartbound will be released around the world in early August by a network of labels, all very excited about what they have heard. Furthermore, UNFD has partnered with red hot management company The Artery Foundation for North America Rise Records has signed the band for North America, the UK and Europe, Triple Vision will release the album in Japan and UNFD will release Heartbound in Australia and New Zealand. Their first single "Downfall" was debuted on Triple J's Short Fast Loud last night to an overwhelming response, and in July a second single, "To The Lost" will be released to radio. The track features guest vocals from The Getaway Plan's Matthew Wright. Fans can catch Dream On Dreamer on tour with US act Emmure this month, followed by a headline Australian tour this August and a 30 date European tour supporting Memphis May Fire in October. Japanese, New Zealand and US dates will be announced shortly.
