Update on last As The Sun Sets album

The final release from As The Sun Sets, the "8949" EP, has been sent out to press will be available on June 25th through Trash Art!. Recorded by Adam Dutkewicz of Killswitch Engage, and remixed and mastered by Steve Austin, the effort will consist of the last five songs written by the band in addition to some supplemental noise compositions. According to Trash Art!, "Their final recordings were an extremely eclectic and chaotic collection of material that only hints at the direction they were heading." As we've told you before, Jon, Jeremy, and Lex have gone on to form a new band called Daughters. The band will be on tour from June 12th through July 22nd, mostly with Examination Of The..., and a few of the dates haven't been set (NJ, DC, etc.), so if you can help with booking, contact them here.
