Soilent Green news and notes

The Soilent Green and Eyehategod split is still at press. Apparently the initial test pressing had a bit too much high-end, so they sent it back for a second test. Once a solid press is received, full production will begin. The split 7" will be released by Incision Records, a label founded by Jay Branch and Soilent Green's Ben Falgoust, and will feature one new song from each group. In related news, Falgoust is still recovering from the two broken legs he suffered in a recent accident while on tour. As for the accident itself, Falgoust was apparently at the wheel, and here's what he has to say about the incident: "I don't remember much, just a few pieces. I was told that I was avoiding a car spinning out of control and as I came back into the lane I ran in the back of an 18 wheeler. The story is still not in full. No drinking and driving or any drug use!" Soilent Green will work on new material as Falgoust undergoes physical therapy, and they should be back in full gear by the end of this year.
