In what's now becoming a regular occurance, release of the Kid Kilowatt full-length for Hydra Head Records has been delayed yet again. Apparently a few members of the now defunct group are not totally happy with the final product. Since the record was basically completed several years ago, evolved musical perspectives have complicated the decision making process. According to one faction of the group, "Our intention has been to take advantage of the fact that the record is still unreleased in order to improve the not-so-good quality material. Of course, this is all just a matter of opinion, but what we're dealing with here are a few anal-retentive nerds who have no desire to release any more under-par music than we already have." In other words, I wouldn't expect this record to be released anytime soon.
