The World We Knew drops off tour

The World We Knew is the latest group (following ABACABB) to drop off the Throwdown and Bury Your Dead tour. Here's a statement from the band: "We just wanted to formally apologize to all the fans who were looking forward to see TWWK on the final week of the Deathless tour. Unfortunately, these transmission issues seem all too familiar to us and it couldn't have been more ironic that ABACABB had the same issues as well. "We broke down near a transmission shop in Erie, PA on Friday afternoon only to find out that the tranny was fried. With the rest of the month off to recoup, we'll be able to come back strong for Stillborn Fest at the end of the year. We also have some real exciting tours to announce for 2010, so keep your eyes open for updates! "We'd like to say thank you to Throwdown and Bury Your Dead for taking us out on the road. It was an amazing tour and we were honored to be apart of it! It's a shame it had to end this way."
