went to high school with mike. he's an awesome dude and a great guitarist.
Kris didn't make darkest hour, he added to it, but DH was a respected and known band long before him.
A hard blow for them regardless, he has a incredible feel. He will be missed but I look forward to hearing his new projects.

The new album is going to sound pretty different considering they are going to Brian....but I think it will sound good none the less. He was a great guitar player...but I am pretty sure things will still be as good, hopefully...
I thought that he added too much to an already developed sound. I'm kind of interested to see where this takes them.

Bummer to see Kris go. However, Mike is the man, DH will carry on and continue to slay, and McTernan will make the new album sound amazing. His ante has upped quite a bit since the Judas/Sedated days!
