Need help getting a script filled

So I've been taking Ambien for years. Went from sneaking it from my dad and taking 4 pills every night getting 2 scripts from 2 diff doctors every month. Now I've pretty much weaned myself off of it....or I'm close to it. Well, last year when I changed insurance carriers during one of my many jobs, I lost out on going to my primary care because they didn't accept the insurance. Well, I found a new doctor and got him to fill my scripts, but I didn't care for him so I didn't go back. Just kept making appts to see him so I could get a refill authorized, then either no showing or cancelling. Then, I found out that my old doctors office DOES accept my insurance and the receptionist was an idiot, I decided to go back and get him to fill a script too. Well, after about 2 months of getting both scripts, working my way down to 1 and a half or two pills, my main doctor tells me he saw I was getting it filled by the other doctor and he won't fill it anymore. So for the next few months I kept my game going with the other doctor, but now HE won't fill scripts and won't see me as a patient anymore because of all of the no shows.

So here I am....a month clean, for the first time in 5-6 years....and I'm unsurprisingly sleeping like shit because of noise from things outside of my control.

On top of that, I'm still in my training g program at my job and while it wasn't bothering me at first, the lack of sleep is making me miserable and it's getting hard to pay attention now.

So how can I convince my dr to give me another chance for an Ambien script?

And no, weed is not an option. I get too paranoid and last time I used it to help me sleep, I was up all night paranoid about nothing.....well, maybe paranoid about failing our random drug tests.

I've also looked into getting a new Dr, but new patient appts are booked months out for some reason.
