Bad idea to scold anyone in a parking lot for anything these days. Now straight up assault (when justified), is another matter...I know of a certain CTHC/Springfield guy who forced some dummy to sit in his hot car with the windows up as penance for leaving his dog in there. Lol?

I yell at people for littering all the time. And I smack peoples cars if they turn right at an intersection without looking while I'm walking across the street. Some guy wanted to fight me last year cuz I smacked his car

Ive always found the best punishment for these people is to just stare at them deadass in the eyes, cold as hell, until they get embarrassed and look away. It's like gaining power from their shame.
