hey inkongudunk, lambgoat forum is social media, just it doesn't have a popularity contest with votes or dislikes or whatever and it isn't heavily picture based , whatever social media is fin when its text based and anonymous, there is no name recognition behind any post
Wrong

Forums are not "social media" because they don't like the negative connotations of social media (such as being "poked" like on Facebook). In other words, the person finds social media as meaningless but forums are meaningful. Your mileage may vary. Forums really do predate social media.May 2, 2008

Forums and social networks are different in several ways. Even if you replicated all the features (following people to get notified when the post things etc) the center of gravity in a social network is the profile and the timeline. In a forum, the center of gravity is the discussion thread and channel.
Forums
Divided into topics. Each topic has discussion threads. Users have "threaded discussions" by replying to each other. The primary source of traffic is search. The objective is discussion.
Social Networks
Divided into people. Each person has a timeline. User can comment on posts. These comments can become like forums but they are incidental and not treated like the source of truth for a given topic.

His parents mortgaged their house in 2008 so he could go to Full Sail in Orlando for video game design. It was like 50k for one semester. He flunked out after like 2 months. And moved right back in with mommy. The most he's accomplished since then is making a 4ft tall pile of empty Doritos bags in his filthy f*cking goblin cave

Full sail is awesome af.
Would love to go
I'm 37 and about dead
I've squandered plenty of opportunities in life due to drugs and alcohol. Self sabotage, agreeing to shit I don't want to do. So I went my way and got my shit together to a degree, y'all saw the last outcome. This time I'm alone as far as family, thank god. Nothing but enablers, not just with booze and shit. But stuff like this. I come from a privilege background. Born with silver spoon, country club kid. Private schools etc. I've been rebelling from that shit since I could. I got kicked out of my last private school in 6th grade. Then went through the motions until I was old enough to drop out at 16 I did. I was national honors society and all that shit. I have nothing now, except me and my support system. I'm happier than f*ck. I've talked to all 3 of my kids and back in their lives now. They won't grow up like I did or their moms if I can stop it. I respect and have appreciation for what little shit I have left. f*ck those dudes and bosses daughters and sons etc. I've lived both, grass ain't always greener. Easier to say since shit was handed to me I know. But that stopped at around 18. Then I f*cked the rest of my shit up.

Full Sail is definitely not awesome. Neither was ITT Tech or any of those for profit, diploma mill, predatory piece of shit schools.

Vodka I know what your saying. But full sail awesome af, I've been on the campus. Yes you can learn to do it all anywhere etc, but it's just a cool place in general. I would rather use that semester money for another school though. Probably their sister college half mast.

Howard stern used to make fun of JD all the time for going to full sail
VodkaVeins 4/14/2022 7:14:37 AM
I mean, yeah...the campus is sweet. So is the car that dude drives who's trying to talk you into joining his MLM.

webmaster graduated from full sail. i do agree with panda that its got a lot of potential. but in general its just a for profit degree mill with really low overall scores for hireability of its grads
_steelpanda_ 4/14/2022 7:25:23 AM
Vodka please give me more credit lol. I'm f*cking retarded af I know lol. , but I got some smarts left in me to know when I'm being hoodwinked homie.
