Dude has had my truck since October, and took $1500 for a deposit on a new transmission he said I needed. The new one doesn't work worth a f*ck, and after months of lying and excuses, dude gave up trying to fix it even though the trans has a goddamn warranty. Says if he takes it back to the trans shop he *thinks* he will get ripped off. Now he won't give me back any of my money or give me any paperwork regarding my repair. I'm gonna crucify this motherf*cker.

I've got an attorney, and the ball is rolling on everything. I just wanted him to make it right before I went scorched earth on his ass and start spending more money. All he had to do was take it back to the rebuild shop for warranty issues, that's it.

I've found those big corporate places like Firestone or whatever are good for car stuff. They generally do the job right and if they screw up corporate makes them fix it. I'm a capitalist pig.

I took auto repair as an elective in high school, and I worked at jiffy lube for a summer, but I don't remember how to fix shit . I wish I did
