This week marks the release of a new, eponymous EP from New Orleans, LA rock/metalcore outfit Hollow City. The record was tracked by Brian Hood (Memphis May Fire, Erra) and is now available via Outlive Entertainment. To coincide with its release, the group has issued a music video for the song "Desperation," which features The Color Morale frontman Garret Rapp.
Hollow City comments: "We're very excited to work with Garret Rapp on this video. When we shot the music video, he was actually on tour and went out of the way to come through New Orleans to shoot it with us. We recorded this EP with Brian Hood in Nashville, which was a great experience. In the song 'Desperation,' in particular, is the message, 'Here we stand, united once again, brace yourself we're crashing through the deep end.' It is a culmination of ideas and thoughts that reflect us a band doing whatever it takes to reach our goals."
Check out the video below, and if you dig it, keep up with Hollow City through Facebook.
